Contract Documents
This is where vision becomes instruction. It is engine of the design process—translating vision into an exact, buildable roadmap that drives the design forward. Every detail is documented with precision, ensuring contractors can execute the design with accuracy, clarity, and confidence.

Contract Administration
From here the design moves from drawings to real-world construction. During this phase, we work with contractors to ensure the space is built according to the approved design intent, specifications, and documents. This is defined by quality control, successful communication, problem-solving, and guiding the project to a smooth finish.
